The content of these Terms and Conditions of Use cannot be modified by the conduct of Gigs Motorcycles or the User, even if repeated, nor by any procedure or custom of third parties involved in the same or similar activities.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by, and must be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the rules in force within the territory of the Italian Republic.
Unless the user is a consumer, the sole court of competent jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the performance of these Terms and Conditions of Use is the Court of Arezzo, competent on the basis of the registered office located in Loro Ciuffenna, via F.lli Cervi 30.
If the User is a consumer, the competent court remains that provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
